Step 3 – Complete the Reservation Form

Fill in the booking form with the following information:

• Please ensure all information is accurate to avoid delays in processing your reservation.

Step 4 – Receive Your Booking Confirmation & Invoice

After submitting your reservation request, our reservation team will review your booking and contact you as soon as possible.

• Packing List

• We usually respond within 12–24 hours.

Step 5 – Secure Your Booking with a 25% Deposit

To officially reserve your trekking date, a minimum 25% deposit of the total tour price is required. Your booking is only considered confirmed after the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance can be paid before or upon arrival in Lombok according to the payment instructions provided in your invoice.

Documents Required

To complete your reservation, please send us the following documents:

Passport Copy

Please provide a clear photo or scanned copy of the passport information page for each participant.

The passport information is required for:

• National Park Permit Registration
• Trekking Insurance Administration (where applicable)
• Participant Identification
• Emergency Records
• Trekking Registration
• Please make sure your passport is valid before traveling.

Payment Methods

You can pay your booking deposit using:

Complete payment instructions, account details, and payment references will be included in your invoice.

Deposit Policy

• Minimum deposit: 25% of the total booking amount.
• Deposit is required to secure your trekking date.
• Bookings without a deposit are considered tentative and are not guaranteed.
• Your reservation will be confirmed once the payment has been verified.
• Remaining Balance
• The remaining balance can be paid according to the instructions provided in your confirmation invoice.
• We recommend completing the final payment before your trekking departure to ensure a smooth check-in process.

At this point, your reservation is officially secured.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read our cancellation policy carefully before making a reservation.

• Deposits are generally non-refundable because they are used to secure National Park permits, trekking schedules, accommodation, guide allocation, and operational preparations.
• If Mount Rinjani National Park is officially closed due to weather conditions, volcanic activity, or government regulations, we will assist you in rescheduling your trekking date based on availability.
• Refund requests outside these circumstances are subject to our cancellation policy.
